The question was a difficult one to answer especially for someone who knew him as well as Michael did. This was exactly what he was afraid of, people asking questions and him having to lie about it but it was for a good cause.

"Jake?!" Michael called again when he didn't get a response the first time.

"Yeah," he answered while pretending to be very busy to try and avoid Michael's questions.

"You didn't answer the question. Which friend do you have that I don't know about?"

"Michael come on." He took a break from arranging the boxes and looked at him. "Do you think that I wouldn't get new friends? When I left you guys, I was on my own and then I decided that I needed people that I could call friends and so I met this lawyer who helped me get out of jail."

"When were you put in jail? I thought what Marion and the guys did to you was just a joke?"

"It was supposed to be just a joke but then the police later took it seriously because Susan's guy paid them to and so I got tossed into jai
