Ch. 23 - Riverbank City

Jackson and Warren walked into town. Immediately, Jackson froze in awe at the sight. It even had a port. Ships always brought in new materials and equipment. The great river next to the city is where the name came from. The merchants grew it at the banks of a river. An endless paved street stretching from one corner to the other. All kinds of shops, from boutiques to antiquity, scattered around.

In Riverbank, it didn’t matter if one was poor or wealthy. Affordable prices made this city bloom to what it is today; A living organism. A significant factor played into the fact is that cars couldn’t enter. It added to the safety of the city.

According to Warren, the number of residential buildings one could count on one hand, and those belonged to some extremely influential individuals in Riverbank.
