Chapter 68: Derek's mom arrives

Throughout the intro ceremony which is designed to last for one hour, Derek is not himself. It's good that he is not the one introducing himself, least he would fumble over words. Eloine is.

Because of the surprise promised him, he reduces the time of the introduction to thirty minutes, he believes that the over thirty staff members here would be able to say just their names and the position they hold in that thirty minutes.

It's possible except for the fact that their duties can't be elaborated for Derek to understand, so he asks them to join together and compile a memo which will have all of their duties, specialization and future goals for the company, forward it to Eloine who will then pass it on to him. They agree on this before the meeting comes to an end.

Immediately they disperse from the hall, Derek sits back with Eloine to question him on the surprise. Jaria sits with them, but a little bit far doing her thing. She isn't interested mingling with them any longer.
