CHAPTER 7

In an instant, both Emily and Lex were suffocating. The various actions of Leon before were linked together, and the two were even more shocked and incredulous.

"Could it be that?"

"Could it be that you are the heir of Panama in the Arrison family?" Lex was so shocked that he even forgot the pain in his chest.

"This is impossible. How could you be the heir of the Panama Arrison family? This is such an incredible thing!" Emily's face turned pale as paper, and her throat trembled.

The Panama Arrison family was the true first family of Echo, with a profound heritage that was unparalleled. Not only did they have the ability to rival a wealthy country, but they were also a behemoth of power and influence.

And Leon, before this, was clearly from a poor background. How could he be involved in an inheritance relationship with such an existence? This so-called answer was simply unbelievable!

Simpson suddenly raised his hand and interrupted the scene. "As a servant of the Panama Arrison family, how could my Cuba in Adam's family not know about such an heir?" "What do you mean?" Emily trembled all over.

"My meaning is simple. The Panama in the Arrison family doesn't even have a person named Leon. I think you have probably been deceived."

"And such a big matter involving the Panama Arrison family, I was not unclear about it until now!" With just two short sentences, Simpson spoke with conviction.

"Scammed?" Lex gasped in shock.

"Could it be that even the acquisition was all fake?" Emily's mouth twitched. Simpson nodded with great certainty. "That's probably it. Although I don't know how Leon found out about the existence of the Arrison family in Panama, it seems to me that he deliberately staged this play."

"And as for the authenticity of the acquisition, you guys haven't had a chance to personally verify it yet, have you?" Simpson shrugged. Emily and Lex suddenly realized what was going on and became angry.

Facing the questioning, Leon remained calm and confident, standing with his hands behind his back.

"May I ask, how did you determine that I was acting?" "It's simple. Arrision Loic, the head of the Arrison family in Panama, had twin sons who had both passed away. There is no one named Leon in the entire Arrision family. If you're not acting, then what are you?" Simpson sneered.

"What's funny is that the play you arranged was so poorly done that it's laughable. Don't you know that this kind of play will be exposed sooner or later?" Lex crossed his arms and sneered. "Hahaha, now we finally understand. It seems that what Simpson said is true."

Emily couldn't help but burst into laughter, looking quite pleased. "Now that Leon has made such a big fool of himself, you must have seen what kind of person he is, Emerald!" Seeing this situation, Emerald was filled with anger.

She had witnessed with her own eyes at the hospital how even medical industry tycoons like Alin Dean were flattering and pleasing to Leon. Yet here, the ironclad facts were forcibly overturned and described by Simpson as if they were true.

"Leon, don't you have a check from the Panama in Arrison family on hand? Show it to them," Emerald urged anxiously.

"There's no need to show the check because even if I did, they would say that I deliberately forged it," Leon shook his head. Then, Leon took out his phone. "After all, they don't believe it fundamentally, so the easiest way is to call Ada's Lewis to come and confirm it!"

"Leon, do you still want to embarrass yourself? Further, do you want to continue this act?" Emily narrowed her eyes. "Mum, this is true!" Emerald emphasized.

"Emerald, I advise you to think it over carefully. The situation in Panama in the Arrison family is better than anyone else, Lex quickly said, winking at her.

"Leon, I advise you not to act anymore. If you continue this act and embarrass me, it will only humiliate yourself, Simpson sneered. "Moreover, Ada Lewis is a busy man with many important matters to attend to in Panama. Even if you manage to contact him, he won't have time to deal with someone like you," he added.

"If you know what's good for you, leave now," Simpson laughed mockingly. Watching Simpson's smug appearance, Leon found it even more amusing. However, before Leon could make the call, Simpson's phone rang first. Simpsons took out his phone and put it to his ear.

After a brief conversation, his expression changed dramatically. "Leon, do you know who just called me? It's quite a coincidence. Ada's Lewis, the housekeeper of the AdasF from Panama is visiting my house in Cuba!"

"What?" Emily looked surprised.

"Could it be…" Lex became agitated again. Simpson waved his hand and said, "This has nothing to do with Leon. Maybe Lewis has some business to attend to. It's just a coincidence, but."

Halfway through his sentence, Simpson sneered, "I don't know if you're interested in coming back to my house with me. I want to see if Lewis recognizes you!"

"That would save us a lot of trouble!" Leon calmly nodded. "Leon, you're not afraid of death. If that's the case, I want to see how you'll continue to act in front of Lewis!" Lex threatened.

"Daring to impersonate the Arrison family of Panama and shamelessly go see Lewis, if you're not thrown into the river to feed the fish, then my name isn't Emily!" Emily said.

"Oh, I'm afraid that after meeting Ada's Lewis, it will be you who will be scared," Leon smiled." Mom, you'll regret this!" Emerald tightly held onto Leon.

"After we get to my house, I'll make you completely sober and see who regrets it!" Emily glared.
