“My prince, we just received word from our spies, that the ambush failed.” An armored soldier reported to Lucian whose expression was less than pleased as he glared at the soldier.

“How the hell did that bastard manage to take down almost twenty Apostles by himself?... Does that even make any sense?... Even if the Apostles are newly inducted, they are still a formidable force when put together. How is it that they didn't even manage to injure him?”

“From what we could gather, it seems this Ethan Jones is no ordinary figure. His strength was nothing short of terrifying.”

“That is hardly the case but the problem is that we underestimated him. Based on how he was able to quickly dispatch the attackers, I have to assume that he is at least a Level 8 Apostle.”
