In a rented run down apartment, A man fist was tightned as he hung up the call.

This is the 10th time a girl will break up with him in six months.

It's not as if he wants to date women, but in fact he is really handsome, many ladies bug him to date them and even promise to stand by him in his current situation.

But after a month or two of dating him, they dumped him for being too poor, so James was used to the whole breakup thing.

James graduated from one of the best universities in City X.

He rented a small house in City X, and even opened a small shop. It was difficult to even support himself, not to talk of supporting others or his own family.

Every land and house in City X was worth money. James didn't have much money and so he could only afford to rent a shop in a local area that's not really that quite expensive.

He was poor, yet kind that sometimes most of his customers buy something from him on credit. Most of them took his kindness for granted and some even called him dumb.

James got up to have his bath, while brushing his teeth and washing his face outside, many girls couldn't help but stare at him. He is tall, chocolate dark skin, he had a perfect figure and handsome face, in short and even charismatic.

James had only one feeling, ‘Gosh, I'm really handsome! But what's the point anyways’

Could being handsome serve as a food? No, unless he wants to be a male hook-up or a play thing for old women.

After he had his bath, he got dressed and ready for work. He immediately prepared his breakfast, ‘Cassava flakes’.

Preparing his cup, water, sugar, groundnut, powder milk and cassava flakes itself, ready to be mixed.

“Coconut Island Estate… A villa?” James was surprised, more like shocked.

He put one of his hands on his head while resting his head on his torn couch.

To have a house in Coconut Island in city X, it would cost at least Nine million dollars, that should be at least cause he was not really sure.

Coconut Island is one the most famous and luxurious neighborhoods in city X with a beautiful sea view, the securities are also top notch.

Coconut Island was a place that many people yearn for even in their dreams. However not everyone could afford it, even some celebrities and politicians couldn't, only a few.

James, a nobody, now owns the most luxurious villa in the estate on Coconut Island.

Yet James still couldn't believe this, after all this seems too good to be true, what if the system was just pulling his legs.

Sensing a form of doubt from James, suddenly, documents papers appeared in front of him.

James was dumbfounded after he read the content, “This was the title deed!”

“Coconut Island Estate, 583 housing district…Beach View Villa. House owner: James Maxwell”

“Damn, this is too much…James picked up his cup and sat down back, having no strength to go to work again”

The radio that was playing in the background, then said something about Beach View Villa been bought.

James quickly grabbed the radio and increased the volume, “Shocking new: One of the most valuable villa in Coconut Island has been bought by a mysterious tycoon!”

The news and title deed was were all in front of James.

Many people were trying to guess the mysterious tycoon identity and networth, if only they knew that the tycoon is a young man in the local part of city X who only drink cassava flakes as breakfast every morning.

James suddenly felt rich, but troubled at the same time, “Won't this cause me some problems like how i got the property in the first place or maybe i should sell it, but how? And again people will still ask me questions”
