CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE

The next cab he flagged and he handed the man the address. It was not so far away a drive and if it had been on one of his less hasty days where he knew the address, he might have trekked to the place. It was actually a coffee shop just around the corner and Kevin was confused as to whether the old lady had pulled off a fast one on him. If Melissa had come to a coffee shop, what has that got to do with her wrecking homes or whatever she had been saying. He had actually been expecting an inn or a hotel to say the least because no way would anyone be comfortable at such a place. He decided that he would go inside and see for himself what it was that the woman had been trying to point out and also, get an opportunity to complete his task.

There were two entrances and Kevin decided to enter through the one closest to him in hopes that she would not see him enter and then think that he was stalking her. He would want it to be sheer coincidence in a space where she is comfortable enough. Se
