When Maverick and Lucia came down from their room, in the living room they saw Herlinda and a man who had been waiting for them.

Maverick, who had received information from the waiter about their arrival, immediately approached his guests.

Herlinda and the man immediately stood up when they saw Maverick coming with Lucia, then gave him a polite greeting.

"Please sit!" said Maverick casually.

Herlinda and the man nodded and sat back down. Herlinda then started to speak, "Sir, this is Julian Aldrin, the contractor you asked to build the martial arts school," without mincing words, she immediately introduced the man beside her.

Maverick nodded slowly. "Have you seen the land where it will be built?" he asked Julian.

Julian smiled as he took out his tab, "I've seen it, Mr. Douglas. And here are photos of the buildings I recommend." He showed Maverick the photos on his tab screen.

Maverick waved his hand, "No need, you just choose what you think is best. I don't mind small things like that
