In that dark street, the headlights of the bikes were lighting up the spot where the crates were. The crates were not empty.

One of the guys that were riding the bikes was Mike the Number 4 in Drummer Street. After Gabe got buried under the crates, he looked disappointed. “Did this guy really defeat Number 5? I was expecting some fight, but this is boring.”

Exaggerating things was normal in this region because cameras were never used, and so stories changed drastically as they went from one mouth to another.

Mike was a guy with a long face. His hair was also very long. He was the younger brother of Valon, the Number 2 who was the strategist of Drummer Street.

“At this rate, he’ll die from suffocation. Let’s go,” Mike said, and everyone turned their bikes’ throttles and began to leave the scene.

The heavy crates collapsed to the sides, and Gabe stood at the top, looking completely unhurt but also utterly pissed off.
