Sarkar Finance was a decently big company with three owners sharing the profits. All three of them were millionaires, who owned multiple restaurants, bars, and apartments all over the city.

Compared to some international finance companies, the Sarkar Finance was nothing, but locally, the owners of the company had great power because of the relationships they had built over the years. They knew not only the mayor but also the chief of the police. Many lawyers would drink with these guys every month.
