Gabe and Mia were on their way back to Tuna Waves hotel, but she made him stop at a clothing store, saying, “Will you buy me a dress?”

Gabe obviously couldn’t refuse. He did buy clothes for his aunt before, but not for a woman his age. Kiera did shop with him, but she never asked for his opinion.

Mia, however, was different. She tried a few pairs and asked Gabe how they suited her. He picked two out of all those pairs, and out of those two, Mia chose the one with the pockets.

“They have pockets,” Gabe said. “Are you sure you want those?”

I picked those because they have pockets,” Mia replied.

“Oh…” Gabe then observed the dress Mia was currently wearing, and this one had pockets, too. (So she likes dresses with pockets, huh. I should remember this.)
