Gabe bought a new mobile and gave it to his aunt. This one was worth less than a thousand dollars, which was ten times less expensive than the last one he had bought for her.

“What about the previous phone then?” Nicole couldn’t help but ask him. After hearing from the kids that the mobile was worth close to 10,000 dollars, how could she just give up on that? “I think either that child Draco or one of his friends might have taken it.”

Gabe had already told her of that possibility, but she didn’t agree, not wanting him to quarrel with William or Bertha for the mobile.

“Forget about that mobile, Mom,” Gabe said. “I’m earning well now, so fighting with Mia’s family for the sake of one mobile isn’t worth it.”

“Mm, I understand, but if Draco really was the one who stole it, then I think we must at least tell his parents about it,” Nicole opined. “They will correct their kid.”

“I’m not too sure about it, though.” Gabe didn’t think that Carrie or Freddy would punish their own for the sake of
