CHAPTER 3

How dare he call her babe and in front of him too. Theodore felt like punching Albert's face but he decided to let Nathalie speak first.

"Two and a half years." Nathalie answered honestly.

And Theodore gasped, two and a half years? That was around same thing Robert said he found out about his identity. And that was also around the time he lost his mother was all these just a coincidence or was there something else to it.

"Two and a half years? Nathalie you've been cheating on me for two and a half years? Why?" Theodore asked deeply hurt.

"You still don't get it do you?" Albert asked.

"I wasn't talking to you, you peasant!" Theodore yelled.

"How dare you call me that you little..."

"Albert baby let me handle this." Nathalie said surprising Theodore even more.

What was he still doing here anyway wouldn't Nathalie just insult him?

"Listen Theo, you were foolish enough not to notice something has been going on for the past two years. You were even more silly when you didn't question why I never showed up for Valentine's day." Nathalie taunted.

"What where you expecting? After I found out you were an illegitimate child what do you expect me to do? Still be with you?" Nathalie asked.

So she knew about his identity all this time? Was that love? He had loved her to a fault, he thought she was perfect always nice, caring now he realized what Dalia said earlier.

"You think everyone in the world is just like you, nice, innocent, sweet looking, gullible. But believe me when I say there are wolves disguised as sheep."

Now he knew Dalia wasn't talking about herself she was talking about his girlfriend Nathalie. Of course Albert's mom would know her son was dating his girlfriend.

"Well I guess this is our official break up Theo, it's over." Nathalie said and Theodore began laughing surprising Nathalie and Albert.

"What could possibly be funny?" Albert asked.

He was supposed to be the one laughing right? He stole something from Theodore.

"You know, your mother was right. I've been a fool, a fool who trusts too much." Theodore said.

"Piece of advice Albert you better break up with her before she breaks up with you." He added.

"She can never break up with me because unlike you... She's definitely going to stick to a president of a prestigious company." Albert said with a smirk.

"You and your mother are one and the same, pathetic." Albert said and this greatly angered Theodore.

He could take any insult but no one on earth had the right to insult his mother he walked towards the bed punching Albert in the face angrily.

He had always wanted to do that for past scores and even for Nathalie when he first walked in but it turns out she didn't deserve it. He would have left if Albert hadn't mentioned his mother.

"Stop it Theodore!" Nathalie yelled.

Albert tried to punch Theodore back but he couldn't as Theodore kept punching him until there was blood on his hands.

"Theodore I said stop it." Nathalie yelled slapping Theodore on the face.

And Theodore stopped punching Albert in the face. He glared at Nathalie making her shudder she had never seen him this angry before.

Theodore threw Nathalie's house keys on the floor and stormed out of her condo.

"What the hell was that? Are you okay?" Nathalie asked Albert as he was still groaning in pain. His lips were bleeding and even his face had some cuts.

"I'll get a first aid kit or do you want a doctor to look at it? Your nose is bleeding." Nathalie said worried.

"I'm going to the hospital." Albert said getting up from Natalie's bed.

Theodore got into his car and drove towards the mansion tears streaming down his eyes. Today was one of the worst days of his life or second worse... He was embarrassed on his birthday in front of everyone, and today his girlfriend struck the final blow.

"Theodore dear, you're back." Nanny Helen said rushing towards him.

"Your hand it's bleeding are you okay? What happened?" Helen asked.

"Don't worry nanny it's not my blood." Theodore replied.

"Did you get into a fight? What happened I thought you wanted to go see your dad?" Helen asked in one go.

Theodore didn't give a reply to any of her questions but broke down in tears. Shocking Helen she immediately hugged him tight.

"Come let's go to your room so you can rest." Helen said helping him up the stairs.

She knew he must have been through a lot to make him break down like that.

"Son, what happened?" Helen asked and after Theodore took deep breaths he decided to tell her about it.

"What? Robert and Dalia said that? And Nathalie did that?" Helen asked surprised.

She had never really liked Nathalie from the start but then again she wasn't Theodore's mother.

"I'm so sorry dear. I really am." Helen said hugging him.

"It's not your fault nanny. Can I be alone for a while? You can go downstairs make lunch or something." Theodore suggested.

"Okay, I'll call you when lunch is ready okay."

"Okay." Theodore nodded faking a smile.

"Albert why are you calling are you okay?" Dalia asked.

"Mrs Brantley it's Nathalie."

"Nathalie? What are you doing with my son's phone?" Dalia asked.

"He is in the hospital right now Mrs Brantley." Nathalie replied.

"What? What happened to my son?" Dalia asked.

"He got beaten by Theodore."

"What? That low life... I'm on my way." Dalia said disconnecting the call she was still in Robert's office when Nathalie called.

"What happened why are you worked up?" Robert asked.

"That good for nothing son... I mean that bastard child you raised had the nerve to beat my son and he is currently in the hospital."

"What?" Robert asked getting up from his chair.

"I'm going to see my son, and when I get home Theodore is leaving the house." Dalia said.

"You want to send him out?" Robert asked.

"Are you nuts? He is not your son why would he still be living in the same house as you?" Dalia questioned.

"Fine we'll send him out after we make sure Albert is okay." Robert replied.

"Of course."

'Prepare yourself Theodore the worse is yet to come.' Dalia thought.
