Chapter 164

James returned to the hospital to pick Sarah up, so he could take her back home. Mr. Brown was still with her but Mrs Brown had stepped outside.

" James." Mr. Brown said and shook his hand.

James looked around the room in search of Mrs Brown. He knew that if Mr. Brown was there, then she would be there as well.

"How are you feeling now?" He asked Sarah finally. She nodded at him weakly.

"I need to rest a bit." She replied.

"That's fine, you can do that when we get back home."

"I'm safe here, James. As much as I don't want to be here, I feel too weak to go back home today. The doctors will assign a nurse and you can station two guards outside or something."

"Sure, I'll do that. It's fine. But I'll be back to spend the night with you so that the nurse can take a break." James said and touched her hand.
