Letters in the air

Alastair scoffed when Drax walked closer. If he had known that the person that gave him such a startle would be the same person that actually wanted to see him the least, perhaps he would have avoided that room at that time.

Drax walked closer. He still had the same hatred on his face, but at that moment, Alastair realized that the boy needed something in his life. He needed a father, a mentor, and someone to teach him things. Alastair promised to be that person to him. It was his duty after all.

"I wanted to apologize for my fit earlier. These are hard times. I feel like we should be working together instead of fighting. Corvius is still out there and if he is planning something, we should be planning to stop him as well."

Drax said and Alastair nodded.

"You know, you do not need to apologize. You are well within your rights to get angry with me. I haven't actually done anything to deserve your respect. I just hope things would be different from now on. I have seen your energy. You
