Ruby sluggishly reached over to silent the persistent alarm, which had been ringing every five minutes for the past half hour. She was jolted awake when she saw the time ,it was 7:30 am! "Let's pay the President a visit," Mathew said to his Secretary, his voice firm and decisive. With a swift gesture, the Secretary pressed the button for the tenth floor, their destination. Ashley's eyes widened in astonishment, her face pale with shock, as she repeated, "Mathew said that?" Her voice trembled slightly, betraying her attempt to appear calm.
