Damian was rushed to a hospital in an ambulance. It has been two days since Damian was in the hospital still unconscious. Ruby was always in the hospital and whenever she went home,she just went to change clothes and go back to the hospital. For the rest of Damian's stay at the hospital,Ruby didn't show up to check on him after he had told her to go get a life. A part of him was satisfied that she stopped coming while the other part ached. In denial,he made himself believe that it was just his heart glitching even when he knows that the heart doesn't glitch,because why would his heart ache just because his Secretary obeyed his instructions?First impressions really matter because the sight and attitude of Ruby when he first woke up was part of the reasons he disliked her. Damian slowly opened his eyes and stretched his arms, feeling the softness of the sheets surrounding him. He sat up and looked around the luxurious room, taking in the elegance of the furniture and beautiful paintings hanging on the wall.
