THE LEGEND OF HARRY

CHAPTER 3

"Allie I'm home, how are you feeling now?" Thomas asked.

"I don't know Thomas my head hurts a lot and all of a sudden it's gone. And while you were away I had this strange dream." Allie crying.

"Hey why are crying?" Thomas asked.

"I...I had this bad dream. It's a woman in my dream, she told me her name is Athena.” Allie talking too fast with pressure.

“Hey! Slow down.” Thomas said.

“What did you dream about this woman?” Thomas asked.

“She told me that there is this dead soul called The Monstrous and that it had been buried for thousands of years.”

“And?” Thomas asked.

“And she said our unborn child is the world’s only hope for peace in this world." Allie replied.

"It's just a dream honey, don't let it get to your head. Besides you are sick you need to rest." Thomas said.

"She told me that it's the prophecy."

"Oh goodness! Come on Allie, this far too much. There are no prophecies okay? And my unborn child is not a world saver and also there is nothing like the monstrous okay?" Thomas said.

"It's just a dream Allie, just get some rest." Thomas said.

Thomas lay her back on the bed and took her earrings and the pendant necklace from her neck in order to make her relax. Doing that, Allie started shouting.

"What is it Allie?" Thomas asked.

"Ah, I think the baby is coming." Allie shouted.

"Oh no."

Thomas was very confused and doesn't know where else to go. It was a miracle that Mariana and James came at the right time. Thomas was relieved to see them both.

"Thank goodness you are here. I think the baby is coming." Thomas said.

"Alright then I think you guys should wait outside, you’ve done very well Thomas." Mariana said.

"You sure you don't need anything? I could help if there is something I can do." Thomas asked Mariana.

"Don't worry about anything Thomas I will can handle this. Just wait outside okay?" Mariana said.

"Ok." Thomas replied while his heartbeat was so fast.

Thomas and James left the room and went outside.

"Ok Allie, listen to me. Just calm down alright? Mariana said.

"It hurts ahh." Allie shouted.

"I know it does, but it's just a simple step to take Allie come on we can do this. All I want you to do right now is to push harder ok? But before we start, here is what we are going to do. I'm going to put this towel in your mouth and all I need you to do is to breathe and push harder okay?"

"Okay." Allie replied softly.

"Alright I'm gonna count to three then you push harder okay? Don't forget to breathe. Here we go one, two, three push.

Allie shouted, but the towel Mariana used in her mouth reduced her voice.

Thomas became very worried even though he knows nothing happening inside the house.

"Do you think she'll be alright?" Thomas asked.

"Don't you worry Thomas my wife is pretty good at this." James replied.

Did you know that my wife gave birth to twins without anyone's help?" He asked.

"Please tell me you are joking? " Thomas asked.

"No I'm dead serious. I wasn't even at home when she gave birth to them." James replied.

"But I haven't seen any of them?" Thomas asked.

"Well that's because they are staying with their grandmother at Lexicon village." James replied.

"Why?" Thomas asked.

"Grandmother told me she wanted to raise them up herself. She said she has a bad feeling about this village. And this is one of the most peaceful village I've ever seen in my life." James said.

"Did you ask why she said that?" Thomas asked.

"Not really." James replied.

"How old are they? " Thomas asked.

"They are just two months old." James replied.

"Please Thomas don't you worry a thing, my wife got it all covered. Want a beer? I got plenty in my bag if you need." James said.

"Thanks James, you always know the right time I needed that." Thomas said.

Thirty minutes later James and Thomas heard a baby’s voice crying out loud inside the house.

"James I think it's the baby." Thomas said.

"See I told you my wife has everything under control." James said.

"Thanks james."

"You can come in now it's a boy." Mariana said loudly.

Thomas and James came in quickly. Thomas saw his wife Allie in good shape. And Thomas was very happy seeing his wife and the baby in good health.

"This is really beautiful. We should all celebrate tonight right?" James asked with a smile on his face looking at the baby.

"Sure we should really celebrate. I mean look, they've finally gotten what they've been dreaming about. This is really called for celebration tonight." Mariana said.

"Thank you so much Mariana, we couldn't have done this without you. And it's like heaven knows we needed you both at the moment." Thomas said.

James and his wife smiled happily.

"So what are you gonna name the baby?" Mariana asked.

"Actually we haven't thought about that yet but we’ll think of a name tonight for our baby." Allie said.

"Perfect! We'll be back tonight, my wife and I have something to do just before the celebration starts." James said.

"Thank you so much James we'll be getting ready." Thomas said.

"Good bye see you soon." Mariana said holding the baby.

As soon as Mariana and James left, Thomas shut the door and hurried back to his wife seeing her and the baby he was so happy.

“Honey our baby is so cute, look at his eyes. They are so blue.” Thomas said.

"You are right Allie." Thomas said.

"Honey? Something doesn't feel right."

"Oh come on Allie. What could possibly not feel right, right now? I mean look at us. Me, you the baby. Allie we are fine, there is nothing to be scared of okay? Look before anything else let's just think of a name for our baby okay?” Thomas said.

Ok. Allie replied.

"So should we name him John?" Thomas asked.

"Oh please, we have a lot of people bearing that name on this village. I want a rare name for our son." Allie said.

"How about... Harry?" Allie said.

"Wow that sounds like a good name it's totally fine by me. Harry it is." Thomas said happily.

"But honey, I don't like what I'm feeling right now." Allie said.

"No honey, don't say it. You can tell me later after the celebration okay? just get dressed for tonight okay we have to celebrate cause I'm really happy right okay?” Thomas said.

"Okay."

Allie replied even though she was worried about something.

"That's sounds more like it. Let's get dressed." Thomas said happily.

Later that day, James and Mariana invited a lot of people from the village about the party. And a lot of people were thrilled to be there.

When the party started, Thomas came out happily.

"Thank you all for coming and I I'm very grateful for you all present here today. This party wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the help of Mariana and James. I would like to announce to you that my wife and I, have waited so long for this day to come. And now is the time for us to celebrate our son Harry.

Allie came out of the house with her son and all the villagers were so happy to see this child.

"This is our son Harry and we are glad to have you all here, please do enjoy the party and have a nice evening when you get back home." Allie said happily.

Everyone at the party had a lot of fun, some were jealous that Harry was so cute that they wished it was theirs and those that onced laughed at Thomas and Allie were too ashamed getting close to Allie holding Harry.

After a long party that evening, it finally came to an end. But James and Mariana stayed a little longer.

"The party is finally over, I guess it's time for me to give this cute baby a bath." Mariana said.

"Thank you so much Mariana." Allie said.

"It's nothing Allie you know I'm here to help. I just want you both to get some rest for today. You two have been through a lot today and your husband can't handle it all on his own." Mariana said.

"So that's why I'm going give this cute baby here a warm bath right Harry?" Harry smiled as if he understood what Mariana said.

After Harry took his bath, he fell asleep.

"Harry is asleep now I guess it's time for us to go." Mariana said.

"Thank you so much for everything Mariana, I can't thank you enough. We wouldn't be here without your help." Thomas said.

"Good night Thomas, please make sure your wife gets enough rest before she does anything else okay?" Mariana asked.

"I will Mariana thanks for everything. Good night." Thomas said.

Thomas waved goodbye and shut the door.

"Oh my goodness that baby is so cute James I mean look at his eyes they are so blue. I'm sure his gonna be too cute when he grows up."

"Yeah, he really is cute Mariana!" James replied as they walked home.

Thomas came back to bed seeing his wife asleep as well as his son, he was happy and also exhausted. Five minutes later he dozed off.

After the party, Allie forgot to take off the glowing necklace before she went to bed. With that she had another dream again.
