THE LEGEND OF LORD DRACULA

Alexander stepped out of the jet, pulling his sun shades in place.

He was back with a mission, Veneco and Hilltop city should get ready for some bloodshed.

His subordinates all gave him a wide berth, not wanting to stay around him at all.

Despite the fact that they were all assassins and soldiers, men that kill without remorse or hesitation, they have never been able to tolerate his aura.

The killing intent and cold energy that always seeps out of his body sends goosebumps down people's spines.

He was filled with negative nether energy that makes even the coldest of assassins hide with their tails in between their legs.

The only people that cannot feel his killing intent were kids and innocent people who had never thought of killing anyone.

He was the king of demons who every demon bows down to.

They had shut down Veneco airport for the arrival of him and his subordinates.

It was not a show of arrogance.

No, some weak willed people collapse when they feel his aura. So for safety's sake, people should stay far away, while the demon and his troop of one thousand military jet fighters disembark.

He stared coldly at the array of soldiers waiting for him before a convoy.

"General!"

"Lord Dracula!" The welcoming soldiers quickly shouted, giving him the military salute while trying their best to endure his negative energy.

He ignored them and walked straight to the military jeep in the middle, climbing into the modified bullet proof car without sparing the rest a glance.

Everyone heaved a sigh of relief Immediately the door was shut.

Some were already sweating.

The general rarely speaks except while giving instructions or commands at the war front.

Smiling is an impossible feat, no one has ever seen him smile or relax.

He once strangled someone for trying to make small talk with him while he was busy designing a new weapon.

The only place he enjoys was the battlefield, the blood of his enemies splashing on him seems to give him a weird kind of satisfaction, making people wonder if he was still human at all.

Lord Dracula was a legend, but he was also a terror that arose in the past two years.

The only one that successfully defeated ten thousand soldiers who were fully armed with missiles, and properly equipped with defense mechanisms, despite being abandoned by his men at the heat of the battle.

He was the legendary mad killing machine who never dies, no matter the level of injury inflicted on him.

He was Lord Dracula, the king of hell.

"I won't go to the secret base. The rest of the troops should find their ways to their assigned bases. While the seven comes with me," he instructed coldly, playing with the black ring on his finger.

He flicked the ring and a tiny needle-like blade appeared at its' tip, gleaming ominously in the dark ambience of the car.

To the world this was an expensive ring made with precious stones and metals. While to him this beautiful ring served only one purpose, an efficient and unexpected killing machine.

This ring was his favorite for assassination jobs.

He can wear the ring to any gathering he pleases, no level of technology will be able to detect the danger camouflaging under the ring.

A gun, taser or blade can easily be noticed, but his favorite weapon was a piece of jewelry to the world.

Its tiny tip can cut through the hardest of rocks, a stupid human's throat will be quick work.

It was sharp and poisonous, the line it left on its past victims were always so tiny that most investigators missed the mark if he chose to stab it in, instead of slashing the artery.

The poison he loaded in it made people die within two seconds of stabbing it into their bloodstream.

A terrifying but efficient weapon.

The jeep stopped before a magnificent villa and the driver flicked a remote control to open the gates.

He drove past the gardens and fountains, stopping at the underground parking lot that led straight to the master suite.

It was not the aesthetic decor that Alex noticed when he unlocked the door to his room with his fingerprint.

No, it was the robot he invented.

"What are you doing outside?" He asked coldly, looking at the young robotic teenager smiling at him.

"I felt you approaching and came to welcome you. You finally vanquished the scourge and restored order to the Northern hemisphere. Congratulations," he said, smiling happily.

"Get into the secret chambers if you don't want me to disassemble you," he threatened coldly, making the robot pout and run into the adjoining room, apparently afraid of his master who used him like a spare tyre, only remembering him when his help was needed.

Alex brought out a diary from his breast pocket and opened it, staring at the pictures of the people he had marked out for death.

"Raz and Tajana," Alex whispered coldly, summoning his two closest aides.

They quickly rushed in through the open door.

They were special assassins and spies trained by Alex.

Hearing the sounds of their feet or seeing them whenever they're on missions is impossible.

They are like shadows and ghosts, always maintaining utmost secrecy, just like the code name Alex gave them.

Raz was the best hacker Alex had ever seen, while Tajana literally lived to stalk people.

"Lord Dracula!" They quickly saluted standing before him.

"I need two new villas, one with enough basement and space for secret compartments and labs. There should also be an emergency exit, but that's for me to construct. The walls should be reinforced to make it more secure than our guild's base. Also, I need you to find that woman from two years ago,"he calmly instructed.

The duo was immediately surprised.

Their boss never showed any interest in women, except to kill them.

What's so special about this one?

He didn't call her name with his frightening killing intent, rather his negative energy receded a bit.

They remained calm while listening to his orders, knowing fully well he hates interruption or questions.

"Also investigate and thoroughly monitor the Winthrops, especially my dear cousin. I want to know what they have been up to in the last five years. Also, I need everything you can find about Mia Callaghan, William Baltimore, and their families. Every single detail of the past two years. What have they been up to in recent times? I need everything," he instructed calmly, with a blank look on his face.

"And check if they are holding any celebrations or festivities. I need to know of any parties or meetings they try to hold," Alex whispered coldly.

"Why?" Raz stuttered before he could stop himself.

"Because I love turning celebrations to funerals, that's my specialty," Alex whispered, laughing coldly in a demonic voice that sent shivers to one's soul.
