At Sam’s Villa, (A few minutes before 9pm.)

Emily paced their large bedroom back and forth, she hadn’t removed the dress she wore to Sam’s office that morning; she still had it on even with the heels. She was so restless and dangerous thoughts kept running around inside her head.

What if Sam didn’t come back? What if this was really a trap like she had thought? Where does that leave her? If Sam died, Derek would surely inherit all of his properties and even Ethan’s corporation, she would be back to square one because she currently had no job.

Apart from that fact, Emily wasn’t ready to lose the lovely relationship she was building with Sam, it was really difficult to find a man of Sam’s caliber to love you so genuinely as he was doing to her and just the thought of that was making her love for him increase every single day.
