Chapter 1 - The Life of a Loser Man

"Don't run away!"

The sound of one of the men shouting from a group of men who looked like thugs then made Richard Branson try to run as fast as he could to escape from loan sharks who came to collect his debts.

Today seems to be a bad day for Richard. After the salary of his construction workers was taken by Red Wings loan sharks, he is now being pursued by Money Black loan sharks.

Two groups of loan sharks borrowed money about two years ago for 10,000 dollars for their son's medical expenses and his mistake for gambling.

Richard ran through the narrow alleys behind the market, with a battered face, trying to keep running before they killed him.

The thugs who chased him were 10 plus 5 from the Red Wing. If he can't get away today then there will be no tomorrow for him to breathe.

The payment was due about two months ago with an interest rate of 15300 dollars. A huge amount for Richard to pay with his income that's only 500 to 700 dollars.

The dark knight made it difficult for the thugs to catch up with Richard who was moving very fast. The rain was pouring so much blood on Richard's face. Almost 10 km he ran to avoid the thugs, making him start to wear out.

Not strong enough to run, eventually Richard decides to hide in a used clothing dump in hopes that he will not be caught by the thugs.

"Where is he!"

"Try to find the empty factory! He must be hiding there! You go in the front! I'll find him around here!" said one of them who was the head of those thugs.

The man who was about 45 years old, his body was very dashing and full of muscles had tattoos all over his body as a robe of pride. He looks very upset about not being able to catch one weak man.

"Let's go find the man! Just watch out when you find him! I'll tear his body apart!" he shouted as he walked into a narrow gas measuring 4 meters dark with one of his men following him from behind.

Richard realized that there were still two people walking towards him. What a stressful situation for him. He didn't have any weapons to fight, while the two men held a knife and a gun.

"He must be around this place! He would not be able to escape!" he murmured as he walked through every corner of the narrow street that was so dark and damp.

The smell of garbage and the smell of resistance seem to mix with the rain water. Only with cell phone flashlights are they careful—keep alert to find their prey. Their steps don't even sound like they're trained to do things like this.

Richard's been stuck—can't do a little carelessness. In a large dumpster, Richard tries to devise a second plan to get away with the two thugs.

"Looks like he's not here, boss!" said the big man holding the flashlight, walking ahead.

"Shit! Where's the guy? Why won't the rain stop, damn it!" he exclaimed while kicking a bottle of used cans lying on the ground — directly hitting the dumpster where Richard was inside.

As soon as the second can hit the trash can, Richard snapped—almost making a noise. But he quickly closed his mouth tightly with tension. The voices of the two men have begun to be heard from the inside, apparently they've left the four where Richard is. Not to be rash, Richard chose to stay in his place until it was completely safe.

Almost 30 minutes, Richard stayed in the waste dump. He felt that it was safe outside because there was no sound whatsoever but the sound of rain and thunder. Richard slowly opened the lid of the trash can— peeking with his two eyes—walking around to make sure no one was around.

"Looks like they're gone," Richard murmured—sighing in relief, stepping out of the trash.

Richard started looking for a pair of clothes that were still worth wearing in the trash. This isn't the first time for him to pick up used clothes that are still worth wearing for himself, his wife and children.

"Why would they throw away such good clothes? I really don't understand rich people, but I would also do the same thing," Richard murmured when he found a winter jacket that came from a luxury brand.

Even the jacket still looks very good, there are only a few rips on the wrist and a coffee rickshaw on the bottom. Richard also took training pants and a dark green T-shirt. Didn't forget Richard went back to the trash can after he picked up what he needed.

His body was shabby and limp, his face covered with blood—Richard began to step his feet away from the deserted alley with a shudder. After a long run on an empty stomach drained his energy. I don't know when he's been able to eat properly. Giving food to Richard's family alone is very difficult.

Not wanting his bad looks to be seen by his daughter, Richard goes to find a public toilet to clean himself up before returning home.

Seeing the reflection of his own appearance in front of the mirror seemed so sad. How could he call himself a proud father to his 10-year-old daughter?

"Pathetic!"

Richard cursed himself with hatred. Get in one of the empty toilets. It seems this public toilet has never been cleaned. The toilet looks so dirty and smells bad.

The man with the face of German-Korean descent, Richard began taking off his clothes one by one. When viewed, Richard's body is like a normal man in general. But that little face is nothing compared to his athletic and very sturdy body. Perfectly formed abdominal muscles with exotic brown skin tones.

Even though he's 40 years old, his face doesn't seem to show that he's four-headed. If Richard could take care of himself, maybe his performance would be much better.

Thinking about appearances, to finance his life alone is so difficult that he has to be in debt with loan sharks.

Walk out after he's done cleaning himself up. Now he looks a lot better and looks like a normal human being. Walk under the raindrops that begin to subside. Richard's eyes were both silent as he was putting his right hand in his jacket pocket. His fingers seemed to feel something inside.

But Richard had to put his hand back in, when the rain suddenly became very heavy. He hastened his pace—running to become a shelter.
