The second assailant is Victor Parker, a son in law from a third rate family identified as nothing more than a poor loser."

Julius, taken aback by this revelation, responded, "Oh, so Victor has crossed paths with you too?"

In a synchronized manner, both James and Cynthia redirected their attention towards Julius, posing almost identical inquiries, "Do you happen to be acquainted with him?"

Julius let out a sardonic laugh, "Certainly, I'm familiar with him. I can't fathom the workings of his mind or the methods he employs, but he's skillfully evaded every attempt I've made on him before. I suspect there's a link to Boss Kent, and that might be the key. This young man is a practitioner of traditio
