Lydia's manager invited her to the coffee shop. Lydia sat across from Kelly Shane, her manager, a mix of worry and determination etched on her face.

Kelly, sipping her coffee, cut to the chase. "Lydia, we need to talk. Your career is on shaky ground, and we can't afford any more missteps."

Lydia, her gaze fixed on the table, acknowledged the severity of the situation. "I know, Kelly. It's just been a tough time. Personal issues are bleeding into my professional life."

Kelly, always direct, responded, "I get it. We all have personal problems. But the industry won't cut you any slack. You need to make a choice: salvage your career or watch it crumble."

Lydia, running a hand through her hair, sighed. "I want to salvage it, Kelly. I do. But it feels like everything is falling apart."
