THE ARROGANCE
“And what are you looking at?” The arrogant man asked as he glared at Jordan.

Jordan sneered, but he refrained from speaking owing to the fact he was a guest. The lady was benignant enough to lend them shelter after minutes of begging her. He didn’t want to ruin their luck. Besides, he didn’t precisely know who the man was. If he was the lady’s husband, then he had the right to be dismayed to find strangers in his house especially when one was wounded. But still, Jordan didn’t like the man’s hauteur.
