18. An Unexpected Appearance

Everyone except Sebastian turned towards the direction of the middle-aged voice only to see a man who looked to be in his early 30s.

“Why did you stop? If a child commands you to stop you would stop? Is that what you’re paid to do?” Leonard snapped his head away from the stranger and back towards Sebastian and furiously bellowed at the security guards.

The security guards snapped back into action but a faint shadow flashed past them at a speed that none of them could follow. All the guards tumbled to the floor limp, unconscious and unable to move.
