CHAPTER 37

The Hipit company stood out distinctively from other-story buildings. Arthur smiled, giving himself a pat on the shoulder. He had done well. He walked into the building, responding to a few people who stopped to greet him. Eni walked up to him, reading his tasks for today. The lady didn’t know when to be quiet and chatty. He paused in his steps when she announced a board meeting with the executive management team tomorrow.

He hadn’t prepared his presentation for an investment programme he wanted to share with the team. He would have to do it tonight before travelling back to New Jersey, or he could reschedule the meeting. The latter seemed like the best option. He couldn’t show up with half-written documents and unprepared notes tomorrow. He would look like a joke.
