It’s Saturday, the majority of Hawaiians are indoors. The fathers are idle at home while the mothers are busy with domestic chores. Some mothers get support from their housemaids and children, especially female children. It is believed that domestic chores belong to females only, though it is a different thing entirely in some homes.

In Liam's home, Margaret is inside the kitchen. She is washing the dishes and preparing to start cooking breakfast. Owen is in the sitting room tidying up the clutter while Emilia and Liam are resting in their rooms.

As soon as Owen finishes tidying up the clutter, he sits down on the couch and begins to rest.

Margaret drops some cubes of Maggi inside the stew she is cooking. She uses a napkin to clean both her hands simultaneously and walks out of the kitchen.

Margaret entered the sitting room. She is surprised to see Owen sitting on the couch.
