Show Him What He Wants To See

It was already getting dark at Andrew's mansion as he sat tirelessly on the couch without giving a response to Aunty Margaret with his tired face focused on the tick tack of the clock. The clock made a funny sound as Andrew’s eyes couldn't remove his eyes of of what he was watching.

“Sir, do you want me to get the water warm for you?” She bowed her head faced to the ground afraid to see through his eyes.

“I don't want to do anything, Aunty Margaret. I just want to be here watching and waiting until everything slowly alligns.”

“Alligns? What do you want to align? Huh? Don't you have everything figured out?” She looked at him feeling so suspicious about the word he said to explain his present situation.

“Aunty Margaret, if only you know exactly what I've been through then you won't be telling me to take it easy at all.” He rolled his eyes tossing himself to the other side of the couch not ready to have a proper conversation with someone who couldn't understand his grieve.
