CHAPTER 14
As Harvey made his way back to the office, he could sense that the chaos from earlier had subsided. With perfect timing, he arrived just in time for the board meeting. Margaret looked at him, her expression questioning why he seemed so self-assured after his earlier embarrassment.

Entering the boardroom, Harvey couldn't resist picking up a glass of champagne that had been served to the stakeholders. Locking eyes with Margaret, he raised his glass in her direction and mouthed "cheers" with a sly smile. His actions seemed to imply that he had some sort of upper hand, as if he believed he could rid himself of Margaret.

Margaret, however, was confident in her own power and felt untouchable, especially now. But Harvey's seemingly happy demeanor and remarks caught her off guard.
