Later that evening, somewhere else…

Zane trains in the woods as he hits a hard, tough tree trunk and manages to break it into various pieces.

“Take it easy Zane, we are supposed to be training not taking out our anger on these trees,” Jorge says.

He trains alongside Jorge, Shinobu, and Jake. “It has been a long while since we trained like this. The woods are usually the perfect place for training, but as long as we can fight, that is all that matters,” Jake replies attacking Jorge.

“Zane, do not be clouded by your anger. That was the cause of your downfall in the beginning. If you want to win in the tournament, you must let go of that anger and focus on your techniques. Then you can have victory,” Shinobu says.

“Come at me then, and I will show you if something is holding me back.”

“So be it,” Shinobu replies.

They are all sparing with each other, but Zane is taking things seriously. He does not like training with fake hits or not going all out because he feels that softens a fighter
