While walking alone one day outside at nighttime, she was confronted by someone who told her that she could get revenge on Jolly. This person could make sure she would never be of a nuisance to her again. All she had to do was become part of their group. Hurt and depressed, she wanted revenge as well as returning to fame. Gem did not know that she was talking to a secret Evil Knight agent. Taking her to secret facility, they began to experiment with her.
