Chapter 4

He hits them hard for a boy his age because of his training.He is faster and has the advantage because he is smaller.

Soon after, the group has been defeated by Jesse and Wesley.After striking the girl in the stomach with a roundhouse kick, Jesse strikes her in the face with a powerful blow.Celesta starts to cry as she falls to the ground.

"How could this be?Celesta cries, "I should be stronger than you because I am older than you."

Jesse responds, "Because you never trained in fighting like I have with Wesley."

Celesta is in tears and says, "Damn you girl."

The boys are also hurt and holding their stomachs and faces in agony.They are defeated and no longer want to fight them.

"Don't dare play games with us again."

Celesta is being grabbed by the hair by Jesse.Celesta sobs in agony.

You have no idea how humiliated I was by the actions of those boys.As a woman, I am entitled to self-defense at any time.I will go looking for you and your group if you and your group ever mess with me again. I know where you live.Wait until I find you on my own if you thought this beating was bad.You shouldn't mess with me or Wesley, do you?Do you comprehend?”

Holding onto Jesse's arms, the girl nods her head in affirmation and stops pulling her hair.

"Stand by me now!"Says Jesse.

"I swear, I swear!"Celesta bellows.

"Tell your boys to refrain from contacting me as well and to leave us alone.I don't want to deal with you all any more.

"From now on, guys leave them alone."

Celesta says in a voice full of tears.

The boys say in painful unison, "Okay."

"Leave us now!"The girl is pushed to the side as Jesse yells.

Celesta gets up, weeping and ashamed.She flees without bothering to look back.The boys run after Celesta and set off.Wesley and Jesse give each other high fives and hugs to celebrate their victory.

"We succeeded!The training sure paid off, Jesse declares with glee.

They fled home after coming out on top and told Ashley about their fight with the older girl and her group of boys.She was glad that they were able to defend themselves.

But she had to explain what had happened to Celesta and the boys' mother.Complaints were made by the mothers.Naturally, as an A****n, she despises anyone who tries to put her down.Ashley showed the mothers exactly what the boys had done when she came up to them.Concerning her previous incident, Jesse had already informed her mother.

For the children's mothers, it was rather embarrassing.

“I will come to give you a beating you will never forget and teach you a lesson on proper parenting if your boys ever do something similar to my daughter again.My daughter did the right thing if she defended herself and beat your kids.That should never be the treatment of a young girl.If your children are doing that, you are a disgrace and a poor mother's excuse.Ashley tells the boys' mothers, "We are supposed to live and be at peace, not teach our kids to disrespect and physically abuse young girls."

Every woman in the village is afraid of her because the stories she hears make her the only former A****n.Yes, the A****ns have a bad reputation for being more powerful, smarter, and, of course, causing trouble.However, not all of that is accurate.Because Ashley may lash out and attempt to kill them, no one wants to mess with her.

Ashley is a fairly calm individual.She wouldn't ever have the intention of killing anyone.However, the many years of her A****n training will quickly awaken the wild A****nian within her if you mess with her daughter or attempt to harm her.

The boys' mother admits that she doesn't do a good job raising them and makes her kids say sorry to her and Jesse.Celesta also makes an apology.The mother apologizes to Ashley and promises to improve herself and her children.

They regain their sense of tranquility as time goes on.The young adolescents and children no longer fight.Celesta and the boys make it a point to avoid Jesse and Wesley.As they learned more about self-defense, sparred with each other, and developed their friendship, the two continue their training with Master Morgan.

Ashley stopped by one night to tell Wesley more about his parents before he went to bed.She said that they were nice people and that she loved him a lot.Wesley wanted to keep listening, but he got tired from his training and fell asleep.She put her hand on his head because it made him forget things.He was informed by Ashley that she would tell him more when he was older.She leaves the room by wrapping him in a blanket.

Jesse and Wesley's fighting skills improved over the course of time.They are sparring with Master Morgan more frequently.Wesley is 11 years old, and Jesse is now 13.They acquired a variety of styles and techniques.Master Morgan's daily training is enjoyed by the two.Wesley enjoys Karate and Jeet Kune Do, whereas Jesse enjoys performing Tai Chi forms.Master Morgan eventually teaches Wesley an anti-counter martial arts technique.

He claims that when the time comes, he will be able to put it to use.He picks up a portion of the style over time, but he will need to keep practicing before he can become proficient in this new style.Jesse and Wesley gain a deeper understanding of one another when they are not sparring or training.

Jesse had asked Wesley if he had seen any pretty girls in the village one day while they were sitting by the river on a quiet, breezy night.Despite the fact that he had, Wesley was hesitant to speak.He knows a lot about fighting, but he doesn't know much about girls.He needed to be taught the basics by Jesse.

They walked together for a while while holding hands.Since Wesley always has a serious expression on his face, she helps him be happier.Because he didn't have anyone to teach him the right and wrong ways to express himself, Jesse came to realize that he is fairly composed and emotion-neutral.

He is treated by Master Morgan like any other kid.He shows no concern, affection, or compassion.Additionally, Wesley is unaware of what it's like to have a parent figure.He tells Jesse to relax and that he can feel his pain.She made the decision to teach him how to talk about his emotions.Jesse shows that she really likes him by kissing him on the cheek.At the time, he had no idea what to make of it.He remained shy.Wesley was unable to comprehend what she meant.He really likes how she kissed him.Jesse is still very pretty to him.

Jesse confronts Master Morgan the following day and inquires about him regarding her father.Master Morgan will only tell her that he was a great man, that he followed orders, and that he was very concerned about his family.The fact that it was he who sent him to the front lines bothered Jesse;She had recalled her mother's remarks from about a year ago.She attributes the loss of her father to him.She decides, but only for a short time, to continue training with him;She will then proceed to leave.

Master Morgan asks Wesley about his parents because he wants to know more about them.The master responds that he does not have any additional information beyond what he has already stated.Master Morgan frequently descends from the mountain to go fishing, collect food for the day, and collect fruit from the forest.

He asks Ashley if she can care for and raise Wesley before he leaves.His motivation for doing this is that he was informed by the Good Knights that another war was about to start.Through meditation and mental telepathy with other masters who can communicate via telepathy, he obtained this information.Because he is a high-ranking Good Knight, he must go get help.He will be on the front lines this time.Ashley claims to be well-versed in the subject.

She also says that Queen Cherry and Wesley's father, Israel, would gladly kill him if he were still alive and they knew everything he was doing.

Master Morgan tries not to make a big deal of her comment and says that he might die in the next war.Ashley says she won't get in the way of his business, but if he tries to harm Wesley, Jesse, or her in any way, he'll be very sorry, she says;As a result, he'll regret it.She does have assistance in a number of places, and people will come to her aid.Master Morgan makes the decision to listen to what she has to say, but he then ignores her.He sends her best wishes and tells her to continue living peacefully while he continues his business.
