“Of course, I’m going to pay for it.” Nathan retorted. As long as the cards Mike gave him were in his possession, he had nothing to worry about.

“Then let’s head to the cashier’s counter.” Kelvin invited Nathan with a smile by paving the way for him with his right hand to pass.

The confident Nathan exhaled and began taking steps toward the opening the students had just created, leading to the counter. The crowd had disembarked, breaking their circle so that Nathan could pass.

“He seemed so confident!” Henry remarked.

Charles sighed. “He has lost it.”

Nathan made his way to the counter and plunged his hand into his pocket. He pulled out the card decorated with black and gold strips. It was the card with the letter N inscription.
