Chapter 11

Max was saying this again, that means it had to be true. Jake thought. But how come? Who is this grandfather of his that had suddenly resurfaced after all these years? He had lived as an orphan all his life, so why was his grandfather showing up now when---- God! He'd been living his life in misery, having people blame him for killing his own parents at birth. He suddenly felt anger and disdain towards whoever his grandfather was.

But he had so many questions to ask. "So when can I get to see this grandfather of mine?" He asked, wrinkling his nose.

"Well, he's away at the moment. He would be coming soonest by the weekend. He's only asked us to bring you back home and then brief you about the ownership. He would explain anytime else later." Max answered.
