Let's Kill a Wendigo (III)

That fight was intense. Despite the fact I was immobilized, I saw the way Dean brutally murdered the Wendigo. Boy, I was scared. They took me and Sharon to their home and nursed us back to normalcy, and in a few minutes, we were conscious again. I stole a glance at Dean, then dropped my gaze.

"Did I scare you?" He asked, smirking.

"Yeah, that was the most gruesome murder I've ever seen," I replied, now feeling less scared.

"Well, that's a lesson you should learn...Never mess with Sean Dyche." Sharon boasted, making everyone chuckle.

"So what's next?" Sean asked, sitting on the floor.

"I need to go home. I have a feeling she's not safe." I said, getting up.

"Well, we'll follow you," Dean said. I turned, facing them.

"

That'll be much appreciated." I said, grinning widely.

"Let's go," I added, leaving their mansion.

In about 20 minutes, we arrived at my house which seemed unusually silent. I opened the door, only to find the whole living room in a mess. There were bloodstains on the wall which sent fear into my mind instantly.

"Mom," I yelled, running up to her room but she wasn't there, I ran back then to the kitchen but she wasn't there.

"Hey Abel, come see this," Sharon shouted. I ran towards them, curious.

"What's it?" I asked with a tear-filled face.

"Chill, I think your mom's okay. Look at this." Sean snorted, pointing towards the floor.

"Holy Lord." I gasped, seeing a dead Wendigo on the floor, right beside the center table.

"That's not all," Sharon said, directing my attention towards the wall the Television was hung. On the wall was

"Multi breed if you want your mother, trace her using your newly acquired senses. Trust me, she's safe." I read it out loud, sighing with relief.

"How do I get to track her now?" I asked, feeling helpless.

"Use your nose. Get anything belonging to her, sniff, then trace." Sean snickered. I never knew why he was always acting tough.

"Okay, I'll be back," I said, going up to her room and grabbing a pair of used gloves. I went down and showed them.

"So? Sniff it." They all yelled.

"Okay," I replied, sniffing the gloves. I smiled, as I began to have a smooth feeling. I was beginning to smell her in such a way I felt like she was pulling me.

"Follow me, guys," I said, walking out of the house, following the scent.

I slowly opened my eyes, I gasped as I felt a sudden influx of air into my lungs. I coughed rapidly, feeling weak. I surveyed the environs, only to realize I was in the woods. Being, a hybrid combination of a Faerie (Banshee) and Elf, I had this sort of connection to nature so I could tell I was still in Oklahoma. I slowly stirred on my feet, getting up.

"Look who's awake." I heard a voice say behind me. I swiftly turned, only to find the Wendigo that kidnapped me.

"What do you want with me?" I asked, cautiously taking a couple of steps towards him.

"The dark one wants you and your son dead. I don't know why the fucking Vampires sent after you 17 years ago failed to capture you." He replied, keeping a frown.

"Well, I was lucky." I snorted

"No, you were saved by the hell Vampire. I can't just wait to get my hands on that asshole." He bellowed, clenching his fist. I smiled and looked behind him.

He was stupid not to keep me in bondage. I opened my mouth and screamed, releasing a good amount of sound waves, which headed for him. He didn't flinch, rather, the sound waves hit me, throwing me off my feet. I had to clasp palms around my ears to stop the waves from penetrating my ears.

"Shit, boundary spell," I grunted.

"Think before acting, faery." He chuckled. Suddenly, he turned to keep a smirk on his face.

"He's here. Time to end the Multi breed." He said, leaving.

"No, don't do it. I've warned you, you'll die." I warned as he left

We arrived in front of the woods, I was scared, seeing the darkness coating it from the onset. I now imagined how the internals would be.

"Okay guys, I think this is where the shit gets real," I said, taking a step into the woods.

"Yeah, so what's the plan?" Dean asked

"Don't die," I replied as I entered. It was then I believed the statement 'Never judge a book by its cover.' As we got inside, we were marveled at the sight, it was now an open space with trees surrounding us.

"Welcome Multi breed." A dark voice echoed

"Who the fuck are you?" I yelled, taking a battle stance.

"You don't need to know, all you need is to be prepared otherwise, you, your mom, and the trio wouldn't survive." The voice said.

"Whatever, bring it on," I yelled. Expectedly, a Wendigo dropped before us. Another on our left side, another on our right side, and one more behind us.

"Nice matches, hope you guys are good," I said and transformed into my Lycanthrope form. I rushed towards the Wendigo before me, driving a punch to its abdomen. It deflected it, grabbing my neck, then smashing me on the floor.

"Motherfucker." I yelled

"Well, your mother's here." The Wendigo replied. Out of anger, I kicked, respawning, I pounced on him. He initiated a dropkick, hitting me square in the chest.

I grunted as I slowly got up, my eyes now saw none other than blood. I rushed, suddenly faking my punch which he fell for, as he got hit, I swept him off his feet then dug my claws into his chest, squeezing his heart and bursting it. I looked behind me and saw the triplets had taken out their opponents easily.

"Wow, you're so good," I said, panting heavily.

"Wow, you just had your first kill. Welcome to the pack." Dean said, smirking evilly at me.

"Wow, what a performance.l expected less." The same dark voice rumbled. I turned around but saw no one. I ran in the direction of the voice and saw my mom, weak on the ground.

"Mom" I yelled.

"Abel, sweetheart get outta here." She warned but I didn't budge. I advanced and got thrown a few feet away. I got up only to see a huge Wendigo. Probably the size of a fully grown Byson, standing between me and Mom.

"Abel, it's good to see you,," he said, advancing towards me.

"Guess you're the asshole? Anyways fuck it." I said, running towards him. I knew he'd sidestep my attack so I turned right, shocking him as I slashed him with my claws.

The unbelievable happened, my claws were broken. I gasped in shock as I saw bits of my claws on the floor.

"What the hell!!" I exclaimed.

"That's just the tip of the iceberg." He said, sending a spear towards me. I did a front flip, stomping his levitated back. I thought he would be hit but to my utmost surprise, he turned, smashing me into the ground. I spurted blood, gradually standing.

The Dyche trio appeared but darts of fangs hit them from all corners, paralyzing them instantly. It was then I realized I was doomed. I slowly stepped backward, feeling scared. I should have informed Mr. and Mrs. Dyche, now I was in an abyss, staring at my death which was inching toward me.

"Dear lord," I said as he disappeared. I gasped, feeling something grab my spine. Tears began to drop from my eyes as I knew what it was. I looked behind me and saw the Wendigo which had a terrifying smirk on his face.

"Say hi to Lucifer." He said, pulling my spine. I shut my eyes, expecting death or extreme pain. But all I heard was the Wendigo's scream. I saw him on the floor, grunting heavily. A well-built figure kept attacking him, giving him no chance to respawn.

As expected, a gold sword which ancient words were inscribed, plunged into his heart and he was dead in a flash. The figure walked towards me, helping me up. I looked at him, now gasping in shock

"Darak...What the fuck" I yelled, then passed out cold probably as a result of excessive blood loss.

To be continued.... .
