Hercules’s POV

Meanwhile, the party was in full blast, I sipped m drink and surveyed the area. I haven’t seen Ruby since the party began. Though I saw her when the president was thanking us.

The clattering of glasses and gasps from people got my attention. I rolled my eyes.

“Oh these clumsy stewards”

“I’m sorry” I heard a small voice say. I spun around and peered.

“She is one of them” someone whispered. I turned around to find out it was Ruby.

“Take this” I handed my glass to one of the stewards. I walked briskly to the scene. Everyone had eyes on her and funny enough, no body stopped to help her clean or stand. I walked to her.

“Are you alright?” I looked into her eyes and they were beginning to cloud with unshed tears.

“Take her inside and clean her up” I ordered. The party continued like nothing happened.

2hrs in, I felt somewhat stuffy, I walked to the garden. The breeze did justice to my skin. Just as I was deciding on going in, my nose caught a whiff of alcohol. I scowled.
