Chapter 6

Well, yeah. If you do not believe me, why don't we make a deal? If i am able to pay for the items i pick, you two are to get the fuck out of here immediately, and if i fail, i will be the one leaving." Henry sounded with a smirk.

Elena had her eyes fixated on the young man that stood in front of her in bewilderment. The Henry she knew back then wasn't this confident and anytime he was being mocked he would only remain mute and bury his head down in shame.

But for some reason their hateful words weren't affecting him in any way which made her shiver a bit. She could tell something was different about him.

"Haha, quit embarrassing yourself now, Henry. We both know you came out here to stalk me and not to buy anything. Even if you save up your entire salary you get from your crappy delivery job you wouldn't be able to purchase a single outfit here, let alone a bunch of them." Elena finally regained composure and voiced out with a sneer.

"Yeah, bro, give it a rest and move on with your worthless life. She never loved you, so just move on and get the fuck out of here." Danny snorted while glaring at Henry in disdain.

Henry glanced at them with an emotionless look as he stuffed the outfits he picked into several bags and took out his Atm card.

"You said I came here stalking you, I said I am only here to shop. You said i can't buy any of the outfits here, i said i will pay for each outfit i picked and if i fail i will leave just like you want." Henry sounded in a cold tone.

Danny scoffed before responding, "We do not have time to waste while watching you embarrass yourself, so I suggest you leave before I call the securities."

"Go ahead and call the securities..we'll see who gets thrown out. Me or you." Henry bellowed with the same expressionless look.

Danny clenched his fists in anger at the confidence of Henry. How can such a trash like him be so confident even after what happened that night in his apartment.

Henry went through a lot that particular night. He found out that the girl he was willing to die for was only using him, and on top of that he got the beating of his life from Danny's guards.

Why then wasn't he testified at the sight of Danny?

"Security! Security!" Danny voiced, and his high pitched tone caught the attention of everyone there.

Seconds after Danny made the call, two bulky men in blue uniform arrived at their location, and the owner of the mall also came since he could sense tension amongst them.

"What is the matter, sir?" The owner questioned Danny politely.

"This sniveling cunt here is stalking my girlfriend and I. I need him out of here right now." Danny informed, holding Elena's hands.

The owner then turned to face Henry after hearing the words of Danny. "I am sorry, sir, but I think you should leave now." He said in a calm tone.

"So, you are asking me to return all these goods and leave? Seems y'all already made too much profit." Henry shook his head as he attempted to place the outfits back where he took them, but the owner held his hand.

"Don't believe this trash! He is only lying to cover up the fact that he is stalking us!" Elena spat in disdain.

"Is this how yall treat customers here? Geez, I regret coming here." Henry frowned, his arm was still gripped by the man.

"I am not saying you are not capable of paying because I am not the type of man who judges a book by its cover, but please pay for these so we can all be certain and know who is right." The owner requested politely as he let go of Henry's arm.

"Oh please, this guy has no penny in his account. How do you expect a common delivery boy to pay for all these?" Elena interjected.

Henry didn't bother saying another word to her as he shifted his gaze to the owner.

"Bring the portable Atm machine so I can make the transaction with my card." Henry uttered. The man nodded as the mall's cashier walked towards them with a small machine.

The card was swiped, Henry imputed his pin, and the transaction was completed within a minute. The owner's phone glanced in his pocket, taking it out, the credit alert flashed in his eyes.

"I am sorry but you two have to leave now." The owner turned to face Danny and Elena with a stern look. "You were harassed by a customer, please leave before I ask the security to throw you out!" He added.

"Impossible! Don't believe this guy! I do not know how he pulled that off but it's all a lie! This guy is worthless trash!" Danny roared in anger while pointing towards Henry who just stood there with a grin.

"You really are shameless, Danny. Calling me trash even after what happened? You are the real trash, Danny." Henry uttered in a menacing tone and his gaze fixated on Henry.

Danny gulped after catching a glimpse of the look on Henry's face and images of how Henry pounced on him and beat the crap out of him that night. If not for his guards that backed him up, the beating he got would have been much more.

And now, the guards weren't around since Danny didn't bother to bring them along. He only thought he would be going for a nice and peaceful shopping with Elena and didn't imagine running into Henry.

With the guard not being around, Danny refrained himself from going too far and ended up angering Henry. However, if he remains mute Elena would only deem him a coward and loser.

"Who do you think you are calling trash!" Danny voiced as he charged forward.

"Wait, hold on." The owner uttered, causing Danny to halt his steps, he  glanced at his phone to see the name of who had just credited his account.

"What did you say your name was again?" The owner questioned.

"Henry Barlow." Henry responded, then the man shifted his gaze back to his phone with a puzzled expression.

"I am sorry, but the name here isn't Henry Barlow but Johnathan Daniels." Seconds after the owner said those words a plump-looking man with several bags walked towards them.

"Sir, please confirm the transaction I just made to your account. My name is Johnathan." The plump man informed.

Hearing the words of Johnathan, Elena broke out in scornful laughter.

"I told you he was a fake! This guy has no penny in his account!" Elena voiced.

"B-but I just made the payment. Check the machine." Henry blurted with a puzzled expression.

The cashier then shifted her gaze to the machine and noticed Henry's transaction actually declined. She didn't bother to check since the owner confirmed a credit alert, but it turns out it wasn't Henry's transaction.

"It declined, sir." The cashier informed me.

"Are you sure?" Try it again." Henry frowned as he slipped his card again and imputed his pin, but was met with a bold red "Decline" notification.

"You see, sir! I told you this guy is only here stalking us!" Danny finally regained his confidence and voiced out with a sneer, while Henry just stood there with his gaze fixated on the card in confusion.

Luther did give him the card and informed him about one million dollars there, but for some reason it declined which made him confused and surprised.

Could Luther have lied?

"Drag this trash out of here!" Elena retorted in disdain.

"Hold on, let me try the card once more." Henry requested with an unpleasant look and his heart racing slightly.

"That will be enough for you now!" The owner shouted. "Drag him out of my mall, security." He then signaled the security.

The bulky men surrounded Henry and began to drag him outside like a piece of trash while the crowd present in the mall laughed mockingly as they recorded Henry being dragged out.

They dragged him across the floor and tossed him outside the mall and he landed face first beside a dumpster. Henry clenched his fist as he picked himself off the floor with his blood boiling in anger.
