Still

Jax's POV

My bedroom is as Still as a graveyard when I wake up.

The temperature is cold, I stand up quickly from my bed, I feel a certain sense of dread that something horrific is about to take place.

I wonder what my gut is telling me.

I walk to the kitchen and I grab a bottle of water. I take a drink and return the bottle back in it's place. I stand up

I walk over to my closet and I change in to my gym suit. I head for the gym,

I stood in my tracks when I see a flash come on, I look towards where the light is coming from and I see that the garage door has been lifted.

I can't see much from here, I hear the rum of an engine and I'm certain that someone is trying to leave the castle at night.

I still watch in silence as the ranger slowly and carefully drove out of the garage, Princess Diane climbed out and she went to close the door of the garage.

I didn't wait to see her walk back into the car because I stormed out of my house.

I knew what she was
