When Frank lost consciousness, the entire atmosphere fell eerily quiet. The surrounding students, wary of getting caught in the backlash of Frank and Landon’s intense fight, had instinctively taken shelter behind walls, under benches, and anywhere else that provided safety. However, after a few seconds passed and no further attacks were launched, curiosity got the better of them. Slowly, one by one, they began to peek out from their hiding spots.

“Who won?…” a voice tentatively asked, breaking the silence as the crowd strained their eyes to peer through the thick, swirling cloud of dust that had been kicked up during the fierce battle.

“What are you talking about? My boyfriend obviously won, of course!” Tricia snapped with a confident smirk. The very notion of Landon defeating Frank was utterly inconceivable to her.

The mere thought of such an outcome was absurd—laughable even. She had just witnessed Frank, her boyfriend, single-handedly decimate a group of fighters with an

. . As everyone looked toward the horizon, they noticed a series of helicopters rapidly approaching the school. Their low rumble grew louder, and within moments, the entire campus was surrounded by armed police officers. The helicopters hovered ominously overhead as squad cars screeched to a halt outside the school gates, filling the area with flashing blue and red lights. The presence of the police sent a wave of relief washing over the students and faculty, who had been paralyzed with fear moments earlier. Recognizing the officers, they began to feel safe for the first time since the chaos had erupted. “Thank goodness! The police are finally here! We’re saved!” Ruth exclaimed, her face lighting up with visible elation. Turning to Tricia, she asked eagerly, “Tricia, were you the one who called them?” Tricia shook her head, her smile widening in genuine relief. “No, I was about to, but it seems like I didn’t even need to!” She let out a small laugh, her heart lighter now that h

..Before anyone fully realized what was happening, they all found themselves loaded into police vehicles. Most of the students were handcuffed together, their wrists shackled in pairs. Confusion and fear painted their faces as they exchanged nervous glances, trying to make sense of the chaos unfolding around them. Landon was not spared from this treatment. He, too, was cuffed and escorted into one of the vehicles alongside the others. However, the only exception was Frank. Everyone noticed how he was handled differently. Frank was not placed in the same type of vehicle as the other students. Instead, he was loaded into a personal police van, one typically used for serious offenders, despite his visibly injured state. To everyone’s shock, the needles embedded in Frank’s body were not even removed. Instead of an ambulance or medical personnel attending to his injuries, the officers simply restrained him and transported him like a dangerous criminal. The sight left the students uns

. . Eve initially struggled to comprehend Landon’s statement when he voiced it. Her brows furrowed slightly, and she tilted her head in confusion. After a brief pause, she spoke, her tone carrying a hint of uncertainty. “Forgive me, young master, but I don’t quite understand what you mean,” Eve said carefully. “How are we supposed to investigate every student for being spies or terrorists? From what we know, none of the students have any connection to terrorism. This situation doesn’t seem related to terrorism at all. How does interrogating them under such pretenses solve anything?” Her confusion was genuine. Eve was highly competent, but Landon’s sudden leap to terrorism as a cover story left her momentarily puzzled. Hearing her question, Landon chuckled softly, a mischievous smile spreading across his face. He didn’t seem offended by her skepticism; instead, he appeared amused by it. “Oh, my bad,” Landon replied casually, leaning back in his chair with a faint smirk. “Let m

..“I didn’t do anything wrong! I never conspired with Frank! I’m innocent!” Tricia exclaimed, her voice trembling as she frantically tried to defend herself. The military officer sitting across from her leaned forward, his sharp eyes boring into hers. “And why should I believe you?” he asked with a raised eyebrow, his tone dripping with skepticism. Tricia opened her mouth to respond but faltered. “Because… because…” she stammered, her mind racing for the right words. Despite her desperation, no convincing explanation came to her. The officer folded his arms and gave her an expectant look, clearly waiting for her to provide some form of defense. Under his piercing gaze, Tricia grew more frantic. “Sir, I swear on my life, I didn’t do anything with Frank!” she cried. “I’m just his girlfriend! I had no idea he was a terrorist! You have to believe me!” Her voice cracked with fear as she poured out her plea. The officer’s expression didn’t soften in the slightest. He slammed his

..“How?” Landon was utterly shocked when Eve’s words reached his ears. Landon was certain he had not killed the Blue Sovereign, so how could the Blue Sovereign be dead? The news baffled him. He had already caused significant chaos by taking the life of the Orange Sovereign, but he had never anticipated that this turmoil would somehow lead to the death of the Blue Sovereign. The revelation filled him with intense curiosity.‘What could have possibly led to the Blue Sovereign’s death?’Only a few hours ago, Frank had been on the verge of sending a signal to the Blue Sovereign, and Landon had intervened to stop him. It wasn’t that Landon lacked the will to face the Blue Sovereign in battle—on the contrary, he was eager for that confrontation. However, he preferred to choose the terms of such a fight. Besides, taking on the Blue Sovereign in the middle of school grounds had seemed like a reckless idea. Yet now, mere hours after his encounter with Frank, the Blue Sovereign was reportedl

. . “Then, if no one in your family inherited the Blue Silhouette, who did?” Solace asked, his voice resonating with palpable confusion. Despite being a Sovereign, even he found it difficult to comprehend Nathaniel’s statement. Nathaniel, however, understood the Sovereigns’ reactions all too well. Their disbelief mirrored his own when he first discovered the truth. Yet, his words were unshakably honest. “We don’t know who inherited the Blue Silhouette,” Nathaniel replied firmly, his tone steady despite the weight of his admission. “But rest assured, we are currently working to locate this individual.” “Didn’t you just claim that all of the Blue Sovereign’s descendants were killed?” the Yellow Sovereign interrupted, his voice sharp with suspicion. “By that logic, either you or one of your children should have inherited the Blue Silhouette. So how is it that nothing of the sort has happened yet? Are you certain the Blue Sovereign didn’t father a child in secret?” “We have no knowl

. . "That’s because I found myself entangled in a perilous situation—the most dangerous kind of all..." Quincy said, his face pale and marked by an expression of deep-seated fear, as though reliving a terrifying memory. His voice quivered slightly, but his tone carried the weight of someone who had been through a harrowing ordeal. "Danger?" Landon’s curiosity intensified as he leaned forward, hanging on Quincy’s every word. "What kind of danger are you talking about?" Quincy took a deep breath, his shoulders sagging slightly under the burden of the story he was about to tell. "You see," he began, "I’ve been under surveillance by the King family’s people for years now—at least as far back as I can remember." His voice dropped lower, as though afraid the shadows around them might be listening. "It all started after my adopted parents were killed five years ago. My adopted parents, as it turns out, were members of a royal family embroiled in a vicious internal power struggle. In thei

..Landon was at a complete loss for words as he stared at the young man before him. The declaration he had just heard seemed so unbelievable that his mind struggled to process it. He stood frozen, trapped not by the remnants of the glowing chains that had bound him moments ago, but by the sheer shock of the situation. He had already been grappling with the mystery of the strange, glowing white chains that had immobilized him. Their appearance alone was enough to throw him into confusion, yet now he was being dragged into an entirely new layer of uncertainty—one far more personal. Big brother? “Wait…” Landon finally managed to speak, his voice tinged with disbelief. “What did you just say?” He needed to hear it again, just to make sure he hadn’t misunderstood. The young man in front of him smiled, his expression calm and confident. “I said…I’m Quincy, your younger brother.” He spoke as though this revelation was the most natural thing in the world. As he spoke, he continued w

..Out of the six transfer students, this particular male stood out. He didn’t bother to hide his curiosity or disguise the fact that he was observing Landon. Even when their eyes met, the boy held his gaze, unflinching. Rather than engage in a staring contest, Landon chose to look away. It wasn’t out of intimidation but rather a calculated decision. His current persona as a miserable, unremarkable student didn’t align with the idea of locking eyes confidently with a stranger. Maintaining his cover was more important than asserting dominance in this situation. The rest of the school day proceeded without incident, and soon enough, Landon was done with his classes. As he prepared to leave campus, Kara approached him. “Landon, are you okay?” she asked gently. Her voice was filled with genuine concern, though she seemed hesitant to bring up the events of yesterday directly. Landon smiled warmly and reassured her, “I’m fine, Kara. Don’t worry about me.” Though they exchanged on
