The people waiting to buy jades were waiting for quality jades to be cut out from a raw material so that they could acquire it. This was the aspect Jasmine was talking about. Even when they were the ones who owed the shop, the Rivera family had their agents stationed in the shop ready to buy quality jades once they were cut out. However, all their agents have been low on getting jades lately. The agents all told them the rate Jades had been cut out in their shop was very low lately. Meaning most of the raw materials being cut out in their shop were stones.
