The glare he leveled Kyle brought cold essential chills into his system, his lips hanged apart, unable to finish the sentence he was initially making.

Mark glanced at Kyle, shocked at the silence jacking his voice. “Did you just threaten him?” He was genuinely stunned, not expecting Mael’s dominating aura to fold Kyle up so quickly.

Kyle is known for his fervency, loud and aggressive, he’s a big bully. Loves fighting, and never slides off a dare. Mark wasn’t expecting him to keep shut after Mael threatened him, in fact he was expecting more than the opposite.

Mark anticipated him to carry out the threat on Mael, to be the one punching not standing there looking like a fool.
