The connection between the floors in the dungeon to the dungeon core through the use of vines, the veil somehow seems to be explaining things that I'm seeing to me.

"It works, I can see your stats" I commented

"I'm not surprised it works better on you, one of your hybrid advantages" Warg replied

"What is this corroding darkness of a thing?"

"You'll see it when I use it, what are my titles?"

"Like I said, it won't work fully. It is unable to see my titles cause one if them is a princess "

"Wow, a princess of this kind… Do you hear that?"

I heard a heavy breathing and grunting that sounds like a monster's

"Hear what?"

"I can sense something with great strength, this veil is alerting me of danger"

"Probably one of the protection Monster's, let me check the what's going on the dungeon floors"

Warg pressed something close to the dungeon core and pictures of the floors in the dungeon appeared but no monster is coming to the highest floor

"It's getting clearer, it's coming from the Core"

Warg furrowed her brows and was tapping her fingers in the air as if there is a system that I can't see. Later she raised up her head at me and said

"I'm sorry dungeon master, when I opened the crack for you earlier to go to the devil's world, I forgot to close it when you were back"

"So what is happening?"

"I guess a monster from the devil world is passing through the crack into the dungeon, it must be a high level monster"

"Oh god, what should we do now?"

"Fight it"

"What! How can you expect me, a common superhuman, to kill a high level monster?"

"You are a devil, always remember. Try to you use the Holy Veil to see what the monster is, check it's abilities if possible"

I closed my eyes, trying to focus my attention on the sound of the breathing. After a few seconds, I saw the image of a serpent with two dark horns. It's so big, I haven't seen such a snake before

"It's a serpent" I said

"A devil serpent, can you see it's abilities"

"No, I can only see the overall ratings and it's name"

"Oh, shit! I can't fight such a monster. Dungeon Master, buy an equipment"

"I can't fight it either, even with an equipment "

"Buy a magic equipment then "

I stuttered and called the general shop. I started checking all the equipment names and their skills but none of them seemed to be able to kill a monster of 602 ratings. I can hear screeches from the monster as I crawl closer, my breath started to seize and I found it difficult to breath. I saw the head if the snake pop out of the dungeon core, it screeched as it showed it's bare long fangs, it crawled out if the core, it was very long

It raised its head at me, making more screeches. Waog already took a battle stance and dark flames shone on her palm but I was still shaking from fear

The snake growled and sprang at me but before it got to me, it fell and was shaking vigorously like it was burning.

A warning sign appeared in my vision and I clicked it

The monster crawled up again but this tone, the darkness on its eyes, had faded but it was still gray. Warg released the dark flames in her hands to the snake, holding it down, the flames covered the snakes body, eating their way into its body through its skin

"Find something to do dungeon master, this won't hold for long"

To use the Holy Veil to predict who will win between Warg and the monster, the result was Warg will be overthrown by the monster in thirty seconds.

I opened the general shop with the intention to buy any equipment but then, a message popped up in the screen

The picture of a sword showed up and was covered by a shealth, two empty sheaths that looked like the first one also showed up. The three sheaths started shuffling themselves from a slow speed to a very fast speed that eyes cannot catch but through the help of the Holy Veil, I was able to stick my eyes to the real swords and when the shuffling stopped, I easily tapped the shealth with the sword. When I tapped it, another message popped up

Although I doubted the sword's effectiveness, the initial price made me buy it. After 150,000 disappeared from my dashboard, a sword appeared and at the same time, Warg was overthrown by the monster. When Warg fell, dark flames erupted from her hands and coveted her whole body. The monster rushed at Warg and bit into the dark flames. I knew the dark flames won't protect Warg for long as they are already fading.

I drew the swords and ran to the monster and slashed its body, the monster withdrew from Warg and faced me. O swing my sword again and slashed the monster, the monster laid on the ground. It raised his head from the ground up at me but its eyes were unconscious.

"Is it dead?" Warg asked me as the dark flames on her completely faded

"I don't think so".

Warg came closer and inspected the monster

"It will wake up anytime from now, thanks for saving me dungeon master"

I looked at Warg, she is wounded and bleeding but she is healing at a slow pace too

"How are your wounds healing?"

"Now's not the time for talks, kill the monster first"

I slashed the monster on its head but it didn't die, only a cut was left on its head. I slashed the monster again but the same thing happened, I slashed it multiple times but the sword never cut through the monster.

"Oh shit. You bought a fake sword"

"Is that it?"

I remembered the name Of the sword is Sword of Lies and it was remarked to work effectively in the hands of a good liar. My instincts told me to defeat this monster, I must tell a lie to it

"You are dead"

I tried the first lie but the monster grinned and showed its fangs, the wounds on its body healed up a bit.

"I'm human and you are not a monster"

I told the second lie and it's wound healed up to half, that wasn't even a lie at all.

I needed a good lie to tell in a way that will benefit me, then I remembered someone once told me that 'the best lie is the one that had the truth in it' so this time I tell I lie that is true

"You are the guardian of Guests which is headed by my father and that makes you my servant, my monster"

The monster sprang up immediately and screeched and the wounds on its body completely healed

"I blew that, I definitely blew that, we are dead now"

Those were my thoughts before the monster bowed down and said "Mou at your service, heir of Gursta"
