As Dave skillfully needled Zane, he explained the situation to everyone in the room. "Zane has been poisoned," he said calmly.

"The discolouration of the water indicates the presence of toxins. Fortunately, the needling and herbal bath have expelled and neutralized the poison, preventing further harm."

Emily and Noah, along with everyone else present, were taken aback.

Astonishment quickly gave way to anger and suspicion as they speculated about who could have poisoned Zane.
