16. Secrets.

As he strolled through the halls of the mansion that still felt unfamiliar, he wondered why he had no memory of it, or his life there. He walked through the main living room, up the stairs and even checked out his late parent's room before ending his tour at his old bedroom.

The bed was huge, big enough to accommodate his whole length even though he was pretty tall. The walls, ceiling and floor all had touches of gold, giving it a royal look. An exquisite chandelier hung in the middle of the ceiling, its beautiful crystal lights adding extra beauty to the already perfect room. To the left side of the room, a sliding door leading to a well decorated balcony stood firmly and as he approached it, the fragrance of Jasmine flowers hit him, reminding him once again of his love for them.

"How old was I when I slept in this room?"

"Well, you slept here till you were ten."
