160. Lucas.

The stars.

Very beautiful.

Thousands of sparkling diamonds just sitting up there in the sky, making the night sky look uniquely beautiful. Lucas loved looking up at the stars, watching each one twinkle in the clear dark blue sky.

Whenever he looked up at them, he always felt…at peace. He couldn't quite understand it but seeing the moon and stars always made him relax. But unfortunately, it wasn't working this time.

As he laid on the bench by the pond, his mind, replaying Grover's words over and over like a broken record, Lucas started to feel bleak. He felt dejected. He began to question every word, every feeling, every moment with her.

Life, a mystery.

So long, yet so short. So tough, yet so fragile. Life was a huge mystery that no one could understand. Although Soren Kierkegaard went on further to explain that:

'Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.'
