210. The Abductor

Ivy opened her eyes slowly, she felt weak and her arms were starting to hurt. She was tied to a wooden chair and she was in a slightly dark room. She couldn't see anytning, except for a table by her right and a door to the far left of the room. She heard footsteps and she closed her eyes.

"Are you awake Ivy?"

She felt her stomach turn as she heard the voice of the man she had grown to hate with passion. She opened her eyes to find Marco staring at her, his face closer than Ivy appreciated.

"Son of a bitch, I should have known it was you."

"Yes, it was me." He replied happily. He had his stupid stuck up smile on his ugly face and a lit cigarette in his mouth. "When I woke up this morning, I just remembered you and I was like… how can a woman treat me this way? I'm rich, I'm handsome so what could you say the problem was?
