Feeling anxious is normal and natural when there is something important on the line, it's okay to feel it. It is part of the system that evolved to keep you safe and well. All the emotions are there to educate you, It is an alarm system of sorts, one you should heed. For when we are anxious it impacts both the functioning of the brain and the body. What is not mornal is for that feeling to be there all the time. Some emotions are supposed to be short term guests, others are welcome to stay for the long term.

And instead of doing nothing and giving that feeling the chance to overwhelm you, you have to find the cause, address it, and this difficult symptom should fade. Lucas wished it could be that easy.
