Ivy sat in front of the mirror, eyeing her present. The Jade was more beautiful than she had noticed. The deep red color was mesmerizing, the more she looked at it, the more enchanted she felt.

To think that a piece of jewelry that old was still so beautiful. Her mind backslided to Lucas's words.
