Asher left his office with determined steps, catching Kailos off guard as he quickly followed behind. Asher’s mind was focused on one thing: David Sinclair. The glaring error in the earlier report was too significant to ignore, and Asher wanted to hear directly from Sinclair how it could have happened. He headed to the floor where Sinclair’s office was located, his eyes sharp like an eagle hunting its prey.

Upon arriving at Sinclair’s office door, Asher knocked once, then opened the door and walked in without waiting for a response. Meanwhile, Kailos chose to wait outside, not daring to enter without Asher’s command.
