"I wasn't crying, you know. She quickly wiped away her tears, trying to maintain her composure.

"I see that myself, it's obvious something is hitting you up; you can talk to me about what's going on." My eyes were filled with confusion and concern.

"I am good; I will be fine." Tears couldn't stop rolling down her eyes.

"You can confide in me, just calm down and be concise about the issue, I am sure I will be of help to address it" my voice reassuring.

"Thanks you so much, I finally had someone to talk to." She wiped her tears and took a deep breath.

"Come with me" I said, and I took her to the poolside.

"Why are we here by the pool?" She asked, and I chuckled.

"I think you need a cool place like this, so we can sit by the pool while you tell me what the problem is." She smiles, and I can feel how warm my heart feels.

"You know what you remind me of my ex. Well, I mean at the beginning of our relationship" she said, and I don't know why I suddenly feel a tinge of profound jealousy.
